Great location in the heart of the city, close to amenities and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and modern. Host Nicolo was helpful and provided restaurant recommendations. Excellent view from the balcony.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Flats in Como. Nicolo, our host, was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that everything was perfect for our stay. the apartment itself was immaculate, spacious, and well-equipped with a modern bathroom and a comfortable bed. the small balcony on the top floor was a great place to relax in the afternoons. the location of the flat was also excellent, situated in the heart of the shopping and tourist area, with the lake just a short 10-minute walk away. it was the best apartment I have ever stayed in and I highly recommend it to all visitors.

Perfect location! In the heart of everything, with a vibrant atmosphere. Sparkling clean apartment, fully equipped with all essentials. The host goes above and beyond to make you feel cared for. Customizable heating system. View from balcony is breathtaking. Excellent communication and tips for local restaurants. Easy access to Wi-Fi, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, AC, and TV. Comfortable cots available. No pets or smoking allowed on site.

The location was really good, right in the heart of the shopping and tourist area, only a short walk from the lake. The staff, especially Nicolo, treated us with kindness and were always helpful with any questions or requests.
One small improvement for breakfast would be nice, maybe more variety in the options.
